The printing sector is, I suspect, just like most sectors of the economy just now. Orders have all but dried up in the face of this terrible pandemic. In the great scheme of things, our problems compared with the all to real issues of life and death pale into insignificance.
However, in an attempt to lighten our mood and to somehow look on the positive side of life, we are looking forward to the glorious day when sports men and women once more take to the field to do battle in the name of entertainment – and the re-emergence of the matchday programme.
We are spending some time looking at our offering – how we can refine it and how we can improve it.
1) Our print only service – If you or your designer can supply a print ready pdf we offer a same day print and despatch service from our premises in Stoke-on-Trent. Programmes are despatched on an overnight delivery service to reach you in time for every game. If you are within driving distance of us you can collect same day.
2) Online template design and print service – If you have or are looking to produce a simple (up to 16 page) programme, we have a unique online service. Our studio will design a fixed template online programme that you can edit copy, upload images and league tables and order all from your desktop or tablet. There is a one off set up charge with zero ongoing artwork costs (as long as you don’t ask us to amend the template).
3) If you are looking for a full design service, guide to fundraising via your programme AND the very best matchday programme printing service in the UK, our top package is the one for you. It includes advice on fundraising, a unique programme designed for each home game by one of our talented graphic design team, up to 68 pages per issue and still delivered within 36 hours of approval.
We are working on a number of new layouts to give you some ideas as to what your programme could look like. How to look more professional. How to sell more programmes on matchdays. How we can save you time AND money.
If you have any ideas as to what you’d like to see in your team’s programmes, share it amongst our community.
And finally…please don’t think we’re making light of the current situation. We felt it was time to take our minds off the negative new and try to throw some positivity into the world.
Keep safe people and please look after one another.
